1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

3. How long does shipping take?

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Transit Time: 4–7 business days

  • Total Delivery Time: 5–10 business days from order date

4. What is your order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (MST) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after that will be processed the next business day.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major cards for your convenience:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, and Maestro.

7. Can I return an item?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is due to a customer error (like ordering the wrong size or color), the customer covers return shipping. If the error is on our end, we’ll cover it.

9. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
